Disclaimer: We understand that a lot our customers are first-time renters, so we are here to help you and set the expectations for you to have the best experience possible. This often means articulating to our loyal customers that a Recreation Vehicle (RV) is a very complex machine that is like a moving house in the amount of functionalities that it can complete. It can do the same functions a house can do, and often do it with just the touch of a button or just within an arms length of distance. This is an extraordinary feat if you think about it in that manner, and it's also a big reason why there is so much appeal to RVing. Unlike a house, however, this also means that an RV is vulnerable. It doesn't have the "lenience" of having underground pipelines, enclosed and insulated ventilation, and of course a sewage system that doesn't involve you removing your own wastes. We will go over everything together with you and confirm that it works accordingly. Nevertheless, it is a machine and things can go wrong in nature. Even if you are camping in a tent, some user errors could cause issues with the preparation and application of the device, where the tent might collapse. But compare the tent to a Mercedes-Benz vehicle that actually has over 1,500 sensors in the cabin alone. The possibility of a user error and the complexity of the device increases exponentially. Please just respect that we have given you the best standard Mercedes-Benz vehicle that we have in our inventory. We do not manufacture the vehicle, we simply maintain the standards and provide it to you. All we ask is to always be prepared and know that an RV can be effected by harsh weather conditions much harsher than you expect to be. Of course, we will be with you through it all and available when you need us through text or phone, guiding you along your trip and posing you with the best options for preparation and for action.*
